Items Required for Mortgage Loan Applications

When you go for a mortgage loan application you will need to take the following items
in order to give the mortgage representative your current financial picture

Here is what you need to apply:

·         If a salaried employee,

W-2 for the past two (2) years

One month current paystubs for each applicant

·         If self employed,

last two (2) years tax returns

current profit and loss statement - signed by the applicant

·         Last three (3) monthly bank statements for all accounts

·         Minimum monthly payments and account balances
on all outstanding credit account ( charge cards ) or installment loans

·         Sales Contract ( if purchase )

·         Warranty Deed, Title Policy, Hazard and / or Flood Insurance Declarations

·         If refinance - Survey

·         Name, Address and Loan number for any existing mortgage loans

·         Name, Address and phone number of Condo / Homeowners Association

·         Divorce Decree and Property Settlement Agreement

·         Social Security Awards Letter if applicable

·         Annuity Awards Letter if applicable

·         Leases for all rental properties owned by each applicant

·         Name, Address and phone number of applicant's landlord if applicable

·         Personal check for Appraisal ( approx. $275 )

·         Personal check for Credit Report ( approx $75 )
